This article deals with the central output of the AlpEnergy project.

AlpEnergy aimed at the analysis and the modelling, the design and development, the demonstration and test, and the evaluation and transfer of Virtual Power Systems (VPS) in six distinct areasof the Alpine Space: the Allgäu region in Bavaria (Germany), the Autonomous Region Aosta (Italy), the Province Belluno (Italy), the Belledonne chain area in the region Rhône-Alpes (France),the region of Gorenjske (Slovenia) and the City ofMantova in the Lombardia region (Italy). This documents shows the case studies in these six regions.
