this articles is about an early deliverable of the project OpenHouse that can give a positive input to the CESBA initiative.

In this document, similar indicators from different certification systems like BREEAM, DGNB, VERDE, Protocollo ITACA etc. are compared in order to derive suitable terms for common indicators. The work done is very similar to the CESBA Key Performance Indicators, so these indicators can be included in the discussion on CESBA harmonized indicators. A first framework including definitions and a first recommendation for the selection of indicators is also given in the document.

Thermal comfort is one core indicator that has been derived from indicators from several certification systems.
