This report is an output of the OpenHouse project.

The 61 indicators generated from the OpenHouse analysis are harmonized with the work done in SuPerBuildings.30 indicators are core indicators. Five performance levels that are very similar to the CESBA tool criteria are defined. The definitions of the performance levels are very valuable for CESBA. Also, the definition of different building types as well as the distinction between old and new buildings are very important to be integrated in the CESBA initiative. Also weighting procedures and a concept for a detailed life-cycle analysis are integrated in the project output.
