Category:Assessment system
Assessment systems are evaluation tools that make a detailled valuation of the environmetal and ecological performance of a building possible. Ecological assessment is one important part of sustainable public building assessment. To make a building assessment sustainably, economic and social aspects have to be considered, too.
Examples for ecological assessment tools
Within the ENERBUILD project, a sample of ecological assessment tools from different Alpine Space countries were compared according to the evaluation of public buildings. These assessment tools partly also include other sustainability aspects. The compared tools are:
- Protocollo ITACA Regione Piemonte (Italy)
- LEED Italia (Italy)
- Casaclima Nature (Italy)
- DGNB (Germany)
- BDM (France)
- HQE (France)
- Total Quality Building (Austria)
- Minergie P-Eco (Switzerland)
In the CESBA Wiki article Comparison of certification systems the results of the study can be found.
